Step1

Apply: Tell Us About Yourself

Once you begin an online application, you will receive a unique username and password. The login information will be important to have through the process. When applying online, please make sure you are using Google Chrome as your internet browser.

For the online admission application process, families will need to complete the following:

  • Family Information Section
  • Application fee
    • $200: Applications completed prior to October 30, 2026
    • $250: Applications completed after October 30, 2026
  • Student Questionnaire
  • Parent Questionnaire
  • Send Confidential Applicant Profile to current school
  • Upload a recent photo (passport or school portrait)
  • Upload applicant’s birth certificate
  • Upload final June 2024-25 school report (PDF)
  • Upload final June 2025-26 school report (PDF)
  • Submit all report cards received for current 2026-27 school year (PDF)

Get to Know Us

Before your interview, we invite you to take our virtual tour of Havergal and join us for one of our Admission events.

  • Visit our campus.
  • Attend our Upper School Open House on October 20, 2026, our Junior School Open House on October 22, 2026 and/or book a tour to get a sense of our 22-acre campus and an overview of Havergal.
  • Participate in our Academic Spotlight for a more in-depth look at our program.

Step3

Interview

Grade 11 is not a traditional entry year and spaces are dependent on attrition. Should a space become available, we will review all applications and invite select candidates to an interview and to participate in an assessment. We encourage families who are considering Grade 11 to complete the SSAT assessment prior to January 10, 2027. To register for the SSAT, please visit their website.

Step4

Admission Decision

All admission decisions will be emailed to families on February 26, 2027. In the case of non-entry years, we will automatically add applicants to our waitlist if no places have become available.
