This morning, Junior School students and their families gathered in the Brenda Robson Hall for our annual Harvest Festival. Students carried baskets of food to the Upper School to donate to the North York Harvest Food Bank, one of our community partners.

Harvest Festival is a celebration of the fall and a time to reflect on what we have to be thankful for. At this morning’s event, students led prayers and sang songs of harvest and thanks. After the ceremony, the Grade 6 students helped load the Havergal truck with the food bank donations while parents enjoyed a reception. The event is a lovely way to kick-off the Thanksgiving holiday weekend.
