A Successful and Fun Celebration Saturday in Honour of our Community Partnerships
Celebration Saturday was a great success! Thank you to everyone who came out in support of our community partnerships.
The halls were filled with activities including face painting, browsing for used books, participating in the live and silent auctions and shopping at the market (including the Appletree Farmers Market). The Junior School Circus Midway had children having fun, playing games and winning House points.
Throughout the morning, Old Girls and students went head-to-head in friendly basketball and field hockey games.
Celebration Saturday is a fun-filled day for faculty, staff and students and their families and friends. It’s also a valuable opportunity to make direct connections and forge enduring relationships with our community partners. Havergal’s community partnerships are integrated through our Global Experience Program, which coordinates exchange programs, community partnerships and international excursions in the Upper School and community-oriented student initiatives in the Junior School. Thanks to the support of the Havergal community, we look forward to continuing to support our community partners and programs throughout the year.
