The Junior School kicked off their Reunion Weekend celebration with a special Old Girls Prayers. Former teachers and Old Girls who graduated from Havergal in the years ending in ‘2 and ‘7 (1962, 1972, 1982, 1982, 1997, 2007, etc.) attended and shared in the celebration. A few Old Girls even turned up in uniform!
Guest speaker Kelly Trevelyan, Class of 1996, spoke of how the wonderful co-curricular opportunities at Havergal has helped her find happiness later in life by returning to those activities.
After Kelly’s speech, the Old Girls read their wishes for Havergal for the school year, which will be hung on the ceiling of the dining room with the rest of the stars the students, faculty and staff made earlier this month.
We wish our Old Girls from the years ‘2 and ‘7 a wonderful reunion weekend!
