This is a reminder that the Parent Portal and Student Portal (“myhavergal”) will be unavailable starting at 5 pm on Monday, July 9 to 10 am on Tuesday, August 14. The Portals will be taken offline so we can close the 2011-12 school year and prepare for 2012-13.
Upper School (Grades 7 to 12) families can continue to place textbook orders from Canadian School Book Exchange (CSBE) online at http://www.havergal.on.ca/page.cfm?p=1144#.T_rXhnM9DGs.
Please note, for returning Havergal families:
- On Tuesday, August 7, you will receive an email from your Head of School with information to help your family prepare for the new school year.
- On Tuesday, August 14, you will receive an email from your Head of School to let you know that the Parent and Student Portals are back online.
A special note to Grads and parents of 2012 Grads:
- Opening a new school year transitions graduating students to alumnae. This means you will no longer have access to the Student or Parent Portals. Grads can look forward to receiving information about the Alumnae Portal in the fall.
