Financial Assistance
Our generous donors have established endowed funds through The Havergal College Foundation. Several of these endowed funds were specifically established to provide bursaries for students with significant financial need. In order to apply for a bursary, please fill out the Financial Assistance for Canadian Students (FACS) application forms. For earliest consideration, applications for new students should be submitted no later than January 10. The deadline for returning students is December 31.
A third party assesses the information in order to confirm financial need. Bursaries are granted on an annual basis; therefore an application must be submitted each year. The Student Assistance Committee reviews all applications and grants financial assistance after review of the recommendation by the third party agency. It is to your advantage to submit the bursary application in a timely manner for consideration by the Committee at the earliest possible date. Parents who wish to review the third party recommendation may contact the agency directly.
Application forms are available on the following website: www.applefinancialservices.ca. We encourage you to use the online application process for a faster turnaround of your application.
